CANCELLATION POLICY

Echo Salon requires a credit card in order to reserve an appointment.

In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule a reserved appointment, Echo Salon requires 48 hours notice. If 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. 

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled for and a cancellation fee will apply.

Medical and family emergencies are exceptions.

This policy was created because our stylists are paid by commission. Commission is not earned when a time slot is unexpectedly left open. Thank you for respecting our team members’ time as much as we do.

If you need to cancel/reschedule on a day we are closed, please send us an EMAIL at echosalongr@gmail.com. We will honor the timestamp!

CHILDREN POLICY

For the safety and relaxation of all our guests, please only bring children who have scheduled appointments.

REDO SERVICES

At Echo Salon, we guarantee our services, so if a service does not meet your expectations, we offer redo appointments. Guests may call to schedule a redo within one week of the original appointment. Redo services must be booked within a week of this call. Echo Salon reserves the right to charge for any products used during the redo service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind the product lines we carry. If a retail product purchased at Echo Salon does not meet your expectations, it may be exchanged for another retail product within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please note that we do not offer refunds. All brushes, and styling tools are final sale.
